Seller Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Fashion Designers Selling on the Nuvoux Platform:
We want the process of selling on the platform to be as simple and painless as possible, as such we have set out some guiding principles to ensure that all parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities.
Account Security:
Sellers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Nuvoux account login credentials. Any unauthorized access or use of a Seller's account should be reported immediately to Nuvoux for investigation and resolution.
Compliance with Laws:
Sellers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the sale of their products on Nuvoux. This includes but is not limited to, intellectual property rights, consumer protection laws, and tax regulations.
Communication:
Sellers are expected to maintain open and transparent communication with Nuvoux regarding any issues or concerns that may arise. Prompt responses to enquiries from Nuvoux regarding products, orders, or customer feedback are essential.
Commission Rates:
For each transaction on items sold by you 'The Seller', you will be expected to pay 18.5% commission on the gross pay-out. This will be deducted from the point of sale and excludes any card transaction fees. Transaction fees may differ depending on the payment method used by the customer. From time to time we may run promotions/discounts on our commission rate which we will inform you about in writing.
Customer Service:
To ensure the integrity of the Nuvoux brand, Nuvoux will remain the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. We will liaise within 2 hours with the Seller for any queries raised by the customer.
As a Seller on the Platform we expect you to be responsive to Nuvoux customers who order or return your products by:
- Sending out products within the timeframes set out by the delivery method unless otherwise agreed with the customer
- Provide a response to queries about products or returns with 24 hours of a notification of the query
- Provide tracking information for all items ordered via email to Info@Nuvoux.co.uk
Dispute Resolution
We will act as an intermediary for any disputes with customers and try to resolve them as quickly as possible to protect the interests of all parties. As the Seller we require you to work with us and provide any relevant evidence to help with our investigation. This process will be fair and transparent and the outcome will be discussed with you to finalise an agreement.
Pause Of Service:
If you are unable to fulfil orders for any reason please notify us at info@nuvoux.co.uk and we will deactivate your listings for the period of time that you instruct. Your collection can be reactivated at any time by simply emailing us at info@nuvoux.co.uk
Please ensure all orders and/or customer queries are processed before pause of service.
Payment Terms:
You will receive payment for any items sold on Nuvoux within 3-5 business days of the item being received by the customer.
Product Quality:
Sellers are accountable for ensuring that all products listed on Nuvoux meet high-quality standards and accurately reflect the descriptions provided. Any discrepancies in product quality or description should be promptly addressed and resolved. All images on the website should be of high quality and set out clear descriptors to enable an enjoyable user experience for Nuvoux customers.
Promotions:
Nuvoux, from time to time will offer different promotions to benefit both our Sellers and customers which you will be automatically enrolled in. You reserve the right to opt out at any time by informing us at info@nuvoux.co.uk. We reserve the right to change these promotional offers and/or withdraw them at any time without notice.
As a Seller, you are free to stop and start any promotions that you feel will support your marketing strategy, as long as it does not contravene with any terms and conditions, promotions or legal obligations set out by Nuvoux. To create a promotional code please contact us at info@nuvoux.co.uk. Please note only one promotional code can be in operation at any time. Promotions are only applicable to non-sale items.
Marketing:
Any product images you upload onto the Nuvoux platform can be used by Nuvoux Ltd for the purposes of marketing at any time. We may also request to use other marketing material you have created to help promote your products on any of the Nuvoux platforms from time to time.
Returns and Refunds:
Nuvoux operates a 14 day return policy. Sellers must adhere to the stated policies regarding returns and refunds in a timely manner.
If a product is returned to you via a processed refund, you will be expected to return the amount paid to you by Nuvoux for the item(s) returned within 3-5 business days of receiving the product(s). All returned item fees should be sent to the Nuvoux ltd account only, which will be provided by email from info@nuvoux.co.uk.
The cost of returns will be charged to the customer by deducting it from their refund.
Shipping Details:
When a sale is made on the Nuvoux platform we will alert the Seller via email. All items must be shipped using a tracked delivery service, and tracking information must be provided by email to info@nuvoux.co.uk.
When a seller signs up using the Nuvoux Seller Registration form you can choose up to four different shipping methods.
- Next business day
- Express - 1-3 business days
- Standard - 5-7 business days
- International - 10 business days
You will be expected to adhere to the shipping methods chosen. You can change your chosen method(s) at any time and instruct us on which product(s) your chosen shipping method(s) will apply to by emailing info@nuvoux.co.uk
The cost of shipping is determined by Nuvoux and is included in the final sale price of the whole transaction.
As customers may purchase multiple items or items from a variety of brands in a single transaction we advise that you include the cost of shipping within your products listing fee.
Termination Of Agreement:
Nuvoux ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a Seller if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if the Seller engages in any fraudulent or unethical practices. In such cases, Nuvoux ltd will provide notice to the Seller and may take appropriate action to protect the interests of its customers and the platform.
By signing up to sell products on Nuvoux ltd, Sellers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies or guidelines set out by us. Nuvoux ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and Sellers will be notified of any changes accordingly.
