What can I sell on Nuvoux?

Nuvoux is an online space to sell fashion. The only rule to sell on the platform is that you sell authentic clothing with permission to do so and make it clear to our customers if you do not own the brand.

How much do you charge?

We charge a commision rate of 18.5% on the gross pay-out each sale. We do not charge any other fees for listing items or membership etc.

How do I set up my Nuvoux shop front?

All you need to do is fill in our proforma Nuvoux Seller Registration form which will allow you to create your shop and add product listings when you login. On the seller portal you can add your essential details like your shop name and a short biography about you and your brand and we will do the rest. Any changes that you need to make can be done via the portal, if you need any support signing up or logging in you can email us via our email at info@nuvoux.co.uk.

Can I amend products after they have been listed?

Yes. You can add and amend your products images, variants, prices and quantities etc via the seller portal. You can also manage the SEO for your products both at the time of or after listing them to improve visibility of your products on search engines like Google and Bing. To delete a product listing you will need to email us at  info@nuvoux.co.uk with the "product title" and "shop name" using the sellers email address registered to that shop front. 

Can I create multiple shop fronts?

Yes. You can create multiple shop fronts on the seller portal using a single sellers account. You do not need to register multiple seller accounts to have more than one shop. 

How do I close my Nuvoux shop front?

You can remove your shop front and all products by emailing us at info@nuvoux.co.uk. It is not possible to close your shop front if you have any pending orders.

How do I list customised items?

If you are listing any customised items you must clearly state it in your product listing, to ensure your customers understand their rights and obligations with any returns.

Will my new listings automatically be shown on the Home page under New Items?

Depending on the volume of new listings we receive at any one time your item may not be shown immediately on the home page. However, all products will be shown in the order that we receive them.

What should I do if I want to take a break from Selling due to a holiday or sickness?

If you  are unwell and unable to fulfill orders or would like to take a holiday please notify us on info@nuvoux.co.uk and we will organise to hide your listings for the period of time that you instruct. We will keep your biography listed on your shop front and we will share a message which indicates that you are away so that your customers know when you will be back to take orders. 

Please ensure all orders and/or customer queries are processed before you go away.

Can I offer promotional codes?

Promotional codes are a really useful tool to incentivise your customers e.g rewarding repeat customers with a promo code with their purchase with your orders. To create a promotional code please contact us at info@nuvoux.co.uk  and we will set it up for you on the site at an agreed place e.g. under the product listing or at check out for the time you specify. Please note you can only have one promo code in operation at a time and the commission for your product will be at the normal price not the discounted rate.
